Fibristal 5mg Tablet is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy.Human and animal studies have shown significant adverse effects on the foetus. Please consult your doctor.
Fibristal 5mg Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.After taking Fibristal 5mg Tablet, some women experience dizziness, drowsiness, blurred vision and/or loss of concentration. If you experience these symptoms, do not drive.
There is limited information available on the use of Fibristal 5mg Tablet in patients with kidney disease. Please consult your doctor.

Uses of Fibristal Tablet
Fibristal 5mg Tablet is used in the treatment of uterine fibroids.
How to use Fibristal Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Fibristal 5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
How Fibristal Tablet works
Fibristal 5mg Tablet modulates the activity of progesterone, a natural female hormone.
Common Absence of menstrual periods, Headache, Endometrial hyperplasia.
Expert advice for Fibristal Tablet
Used either prior to surgery for fibroids or for long-term treatment of fibroids to decrease their size, to stop or control bleeding, and to improve the red blood cell count. Considerably reduces or stops your menstrual bleeding within the first 10 days of treatment. Notify your doctor if you continue to have heavy bleeding despite taking Fibristal. Your menstruation will be restored within 4 weeks of stopping Fibristal. If you are currently taking hormonal contraception (birth control pills), use an alternate method of contraception (e.g. condom) as Fibristal is likely to decrease the effectiveness of some hormonal contraceptives.
